The analyses, confidence scores (1.0–10.0), and "traffic light" signals (green / yellow / red) represent our statistical assessment of a matchup — they are opinions and predictions, not statements of fact and not guarantees of any outcome.

2. Not betting, gambling, or financial advice

Apex Scouter is not a betting service, gambling operator, tipster, or financial advisor.

• We do not provide betting tips, picks, or recommendations to wager.
• We do not publish, derive from, or rely on bookmaker odds.
• Nothing on the Service is an inducement, encouragement, or instruction to bet, gamble, or wager money.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

If you choose to use any information from the Service in connection with betting or gambling — where that is legal for you — you do so entirely at your own risk and on your own judgment. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur.

Combat sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Fighters can win or lose regardless of statistics, form, or matchup.

• We do not guarantee that any analysis, prediction, confidence score, or signal will be correct.
• We make no claim of any particular accuracy or "hit rate" unless and until such figures are based on real, recorded historical results and are explicitly published as such.
• Past results, where shown, do not guarantee or predict future outcomes.

4. Third-party data

Our analyses are built on publicly available fighter and event statistics gathered from third-party sources. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that the underlying data is accurate, complete, or current. Source data may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information, and analyses may be affected accordingly. Where a data point is unavailable, the Service may indicate this rather than estimate it.

5. Card changes and timing

UFC cards change frequently — fighters withdraw, bouts are rebooked, and matchups are replaced. An analysis reflects the matchup as understood at the time it was prepared and may become outdated. We mark or update affected analyses where possible, but we cannot guarantee that every analysis reflects the latest card status at the moment you view it.

6. No professional relationship

Using the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and Apex Scouter. You are solely responsible for any decisions and actions you take based on the Service.

7. Not affiliated with the UFC

Apex Scouter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) or Zuffa, LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

"UFC" and related names and marks are trademarks of Zuffa, LLC. All references to the UFC, its events, and its athletes are nominative — used only to identify the subject of our independent analysis. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use it.
