Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Apex Scouter (the "Service"), operated by [INSERT LEGAL NAME / SOLE PROPRIETOR NAME] ("Apex Scouter", "we", "us", or "our"), are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded. By subscribing, you agree to this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Apex Scouter offers a paid Pro subscription at $9 per month** or $72 per year, as shown at checkout. Prices may exclude applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
2. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Because Apex Scouter provides immediate digital access to its analyses and features upon payment, we do not offer refunds or credits for:
- partial billing periods or unused time;
- subscriptions you forgot to cancel before renewal;
- periods during which you did not use the Service;
- dissatisfaction with analyses, predictions, confidence scores, or fight outcomes;
- accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Use.
This applies to both monthly and annual plans, including after an automatic renewal.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:
via the Stripe customer portal
When you cancel:
- your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period;
- you keep Pro access until that period ends;
- you will not be charged again after that;
- no refund is issued for the remainder of the current period (see Section 2).
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and/or downgrade your account to the free tier. We are not responsible for any loss of access resulting from a payment method that has expired, been declined, or has insufficient funds.
5. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to your next renewal, and we will give reasonable advance notice. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL] so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this Policy to the extent required by law.
